I'd also like to mention that he treats the people for whom he works as friends. Although there was no incentive for him to do so, when a leak was discovered (that had nothing to do with the job he was hired to do) he came over on his weekend to make sure it had stopped. Since we live off the island, it saved us a trip in and gave us the feeling of security about the condition of the house. For that and all the fine work he did, we'd recommend him for any job he's willing to tackle for you.
